1. Puppy Application Deposit to be on Wait list is NON REFUNDABLE, as well as the deposit given at birth to Complete entire deposit is also NON REFUNDABLE.   In the rare event  something happens to puppy then you are automatically 1st on next litter.

​2. We Reserve the right to refuse to sell a puppy to any individual at any time if it is not a good fit . Wait list deposit may be returned by seller ONLY if prices have gone up and buyer wishes not to pay current price.

3. As Stated on the Puppy Application when your puppy of specified color and gender has been born and you refuse the puppy for any reason or Can Not pay the additional $500 to complete the deposit at birth, you forfeit your $200 wait list deposit and are removed from the waiting list.

4. Health Guarantee is on this website and for it to be activated for 1 year for Life Threatening Genetics you MUST take your puppy to the Vet and include a Fecal test within 48 hours of picking up your new puppy or Guarantee is VOID! You must also email me the Vet Exam showing the fecal test after visit to activate health guarantee or it is Void.

5. All puppies come with first Vaccinations, all deworming and litter exam by our Vet.

6. Puppies are not shown for their protection from virus exposure until after their first vaccines at age 6 weeks and then an additional 72 hours after for shot to take affect.

7. Puppies are ready to go to their new homes on average at 8 weeks of age and are weaned at 7 weeks, there are exceptions and some pups may need to stay with us for 10 weeks.

8. When your puppy is Ready to go to his new home and you are not able to pick your puppy up by the agreed upon date then an additional boarding fee (up to $20/day) may be charged before your puppy will be released to you.


9. Please read and follow Puppy care Page on this website, do not change food for at least 1 month and then slowly mix together, never abruptly change a puppy's diet as it can cause stomach upset and diarrhea. HYPOGLYCEMIA is an issue in small puppies and the number 1 reason a new pup is taken to the Vet. Make sure you see your puppy eating! You can supplement with Nutrical or babyfood mixed with waffle syrup to keep sugars up.
